Q: Slow Support Response
Why is the support so slow and almost non existent at flowy teams? Almost every question here hint on that including personal experiences we've had recently. A business is only as good as it's support team because humans would always need the assistance of other humans in resolving issues- this is how life in itself is wired! So why are you pulling the plugs on prompt quick support responses?
Also why is the AI Assistant not Working? It keeps giving an error message- 'sorry error encountered' Is this Normal? If not what's the fix for it?
Swift Answers to these are pertinent please.

It's sad that this message took 9 days to be noticed and almost 2weeks for the original message sent to your mailboxes, to have any hope of been seen!
