Q: Questions for you:
1. Does this only work with Chrome for debugging, installing tracking etc ? I dont use Chrome and use Firefox instead. How does the web app/cloud app help without using an extension?
2. How does the license work, is it connected to the email I sign up to? lets say I use my personal email but work for a company that gives me my own company email and the company email is connected to the businesses analytics accounts how do I use my personal email license to make use of measuremate to analyze the businesses analytics if I can only do that with a business email? is there a way to invite another email on my license to use measuremate?

Thanks for a very thoughtful question, let me address it.
(1) The validation feature works on any browser, because it checks your event schema with BigQuery raw data and provide you validation results. Also, Measuremate is a combination of plugins and a web app. Extensions primarily increase the capabilities of the tool like adding data layer on Shopify, woocommerce or Wordpress. Capturing UI from Figma, or bring GA4 data to figma. Chrome plugin provides additional on page analytics option under scheduled reports.
(2) Yes, the license is attached to the ID you sign up and redeem codes with. There are multiple ways you can work in the given situation.
For example,
(a) Ask your company to purchase Measuremate (or a white labelled product), then your work email can be invited to Measuremate and you can work with clients for an agency. (Owner is your employer.)
(b) If you work with multiple agencies, use your personal email to manage the license, and then add only the GA4 credentials from your work email to create the project. (you can sign up with personal ID but use any email’s GA4 credentials, there is no limit) Once you add your work credentials, you’ll see the accounts and properties you can work with will have all accounts from your work clients. (Owner is you.)
(c) you recommend Measuremate and a client purchases subscription plans (not LTD) which is more like a partnership model where you get 50% of recurring revenue from the deal - you can use Invite feature in such cases. Client can invite your personal or professional email in this case to Measuremate project. (Owner is client in this case)
Thanks, and I hope this answers your queries. Feel free to book a demo if you need any help on Measuremate. Or reach out to me on WhatsApp +91 9429500361
To follow up:
1. In my case i work with different businesses or clients where in some cases they give me my own business email, so in my case I can use my personal email and then connect either a business email I receive or a clients account access I receive to measuremate while using my personal email if I understand that correctly? This works for either GA4, GTM?
Yes, for Measuremate to work for you, you’ll need two things (1) Measuremate account and a plan (based on users email) (2) Measuremate Project which decides which GA4, GTM and BigQuery will the tool use while working. It is called Credential in the tool. You can add your personal or work on r any other credentials to work with different GA4 or GTM accounts.
2. You mention theres no limit to connecting accounts (GTM and GA4)? if so what is the meaning of projects in that case?
This one is deeper. Let me try to explain. Credentials (as explained above) are stored for user. For example,
Owner : [email protected]
Credentials:
[email protected]
[email protected]
Each project can only work with 1 credential per tool. If you wish to work with different credential, you can either create a new project or use the same project slot by deleting the project and recreating the proj.
3. Does your tool help find issues, automatically fix issues, automatically add tracking and also able to give insights/opportunities and generate reports?
Yes and No.
Automatically find issues: Yes.
Fix issues: No (coming soon)
Recommend/Templated tracking events: Yes (based on internal templates)
Generate Report: yes, all basic page level stats are covered in our chrome extension on page analytics, for detailed you can setup.
Insights: this one is still manual, on your need basis.
thank you
