Caps your credits
Pros: I loved the actual product mostly and the user interface was amazing.
Cons: The videos came out pretty good though there were bugs, the voice overs did not pronounce things correctly and I wanted a Hawaiian theme but it was basically Japanese kids in the video. There were other issues too but that was not the deal breaker ( Was an educational video for kids about anxiety)

I did not like that they capped the credits and are not open to changing their minds. I max stacked with the understanding that I got 16k credits a month. Wrong!... you get 16k which resets monthly, if you want more you must purchase more. Purchased credits even go away after 2 billing cycles. The model then relies on you buying more and more credits to finish videos and not wanting to waste credits before they reset. Good videos get pricey as well. As a loooooong time Sumo ling I and most others in the community really dislike the feeling of being set up for upsells.
This kinda felt that way so I submitted a refund request.
My personal advice, if you wanted the feed back, is to remove the cap for LTD users, allow us to stack as much as we want without pressure to spend, and don't do what others have and double the cost of producing the vids. The result is normally mass downvoting on review sites and that defeats the whole point of launching on appsumo. You really want to please the sumolings.
