BDR1Q: Review landing page
Hi, could you clarify how the review landing page works for negative vs. positive sentiment?
My goal is to ensure that links to these public review sites are hidden unless the user selects a positive star rating.
Specifically, I want to use review gating:
1. If a user gives a negative rating (e.g., 1-3 stars), I want them directed to an internal feedback form only so it stays private.
2. If they give a positive rating (4-5 stars), I want the page to immediately reveal direct links to post on Trustpilot, Capterra, G2, and Google.
Is this conditional logic currently supported for these specific platforms? Thanks.

Dec 17, 2025A: 1. Yes, this happens out of the box. Everything counts as a "review" on the platform, but the negative ratings are hidden from widgets and showcase by default.
2. In the Review Page settings, you can configure redirects for each score. And you can have more than one for each score, splitting the traffic to different places.
So, yes, the platform can do all this.
