250 Credits
This is what it does -12 slides (2 videos) and 4 AI images.Quality is good but doesn't do much worth for tier 2.

Jun 27, 2026Hey! Thanks for the feedback. Just to clarify, AI images cost as low as 1 credit with our GPT model and 2 credits with Nano Banana, so with 250 credits you should be able to generate 125-250 images. If you're seeing much higher usage, it may be a model selection issue. There were also some bugs with the new Miltos 5.0 model, but we've significantly improved it and are making changes daily. We'd...

Very impressed!
Just had the chance to test the platform and was impressed with the results. It offers a good selection of animation styles and templates, making it easy and convenient to create and customise content without spending too much time getting started. I created a few graph animations and was particularly impressed by the consistency of the outputs. Small prompt changes were accurately reflected in the results, and the prompt enhancement feature helped improve them even further. The video editor is intuitive and easy to use, which made the overall workflow smooth and efficient. After a few projects, I decided to upgrade my plan. It's pretty addictive, I must say. ;) The support team was also responsive and helpful whenever I reached out. Thanks Nick!

Good for simple animations for Logo intro videos
My personal rating: 🌮🌮🌮
I put this tool head to head with Gemini Omni and the results are here in this video:
https://youtu.be/v9Z2V2wT_yU?si=nK7YKbz4KirQLkla
While it is good for simple logo animations, give it a simple prompt, upload your own logo and it creates a simple intro video animation for your logo.
I generated using its latest video model and the results are still far from what I was expecting. For example in my video review, I tried creating a map of the Philippines and highlight areas of growth but it highlighted areas outside the Philippines. I might not have given it enough context or data, but right now, still requires a bit of experimentation.
Overall, not so bad for a lifetime tool, but if you already have other tools that does the same thing but with a subscription, I'd recommend sticking to that tool with a subscription instead, but that is just my 2 cents.

An important alternative motionvid should consider that could help improve their product, Please Read
I really like what Motionvid is trying to do. The motion graphics are strong, the platform itself feels solid, and I think it has a lot of potential, especially for creators who want help building visual ideas, motion concepts, and storyboards.
I also want to give Motionvid credit for listening to the community and lowering the credit deductions. That was a good step in the right direction. However, I think it only solved part of the issue.
The biggest problem now is the monthly credit allowance. If you want to get meaningful use out of Motionvid, you almost have to purchase the highest tier. Tier 1 includes 250 credits, Tier 2 includes 500 credits, and Tier 3 includes 1,000 credits. Even after the credit deduction changes, those monthly limits still feel too low for regular use, especially on the highest tier.
Motionvid does have something unique with its dedicated continue scene generator. A lot of platforms still do not offer that directly. That makes Motionvid stand out. I will say “for now,” because a couple of other platforms are starting to offer similar features, but I still like Motionvid’s storyboard tool has promise if they improve it.
That said, the Continue storyboard generator still needs improvement. One storyboard costs 24 credits, and to be fair, that gives you 8 images, which is not bad. The issue is that the tool is not really a true storyboard generator. Right now, it seems more like it continues a scene or creates 8 variations of the same general idea. I do like the variations generator as it did help me see an image in different variations. So i do think it should stay but i would also like a true storyboard generator where when it generates, it generates 8 or 9 different shots for the progression of a scene.
What I think Motionvid really needs is a proper 8 or 9 shot *(8 or 9 images) sequence creator. If a user describes the sequence they want, the storyboard should follow that direction more accurately. For example, if I describe shot 1, shot 2, shot 3, and so on, I want the output to feel like a connected storyboard with progression, continuity, framing, and story flow. I do not just want 8 different versions of the same image.
For creators, that distinction matters. A storyboard is not just a collection of similar images. It is supposed to help plan a visual sequence. Motionvid already has a good foundation, but the storyboard feature would be much stronger if it could follow a user’s requested shot order and generate a true scene progression.
I would also like to see native 4K support for storyboards and angles. Right now, the storyboard output seems to be somewhere between 720p and 1080p. While upscaling is available, native 4K and upscaled 4K are not the same thing. Upscaled 4K can introduce artifacts, softness, or visual imperfections because the image is being enlarged after generation. Native 4K would give cleaner detail from the start and would make the platform feel more competitive.
As for the credit issue, I think a fair solution would be to separate video credits from image and storyboard credits on the highest tier. Instead of simply increasing Tier 3 to one larger shared credit pool, Motionvid could keep the 1,000 monthly credits for video generation and add a separate 2,000-credit monthly bucket for images and storyboards.
That would be a smart compromise. Video generation is usually more expensive, so this would help Motionvid avoid putting too much pressure on its platform costs. At the same time, users would have enough image and storyboard credits to actually use one of the platform’s best features without feeling too restricted.
It would also give users a stronger reason to upgrade from Tier 1 or Tier 2 to Tier 3. Tier 1 and Tier 2 could stay the same, while Tier 3 would feel like a true premium plan with a clear value difference.
Overall, Motionvid has a strong foundation. The motion graphics are good, the platform is promising, and the storyboard generator gives it something valuable. But for the highest tier to feel worth it, the monthly usage needs to be more practical, the storyboard tool needs better shot sequence control, and native 4K output would make a big difference.
With separate credit buckets for video and images/storyboards, a true shot sequence creator, and native 4K support, Motionvid would be a much stronger and more competitive tool for creators.

High potential with plenty left to be desired
Admittedly I am only a few generation attempts in right now, so I will keep trying things out, but out of the three that I have done only one has been usable and I have blown 60% of my tier 2 250 monthly credits. The credits is my biggest gripe. There doesn't seem to be a way to see how many credits your prompt is going to take before you start. You just find out after the generation has started.
My primary use case will be animating graphs and while I have tried that yet animating a logo and trying to create a UGC video similar to one in their examples was a total bust.
Not saying don't buy the product, but definitely lower your expectations if you do. I am hopeful they will continue to improve on it, or at least make the user experience more understandable.
