Generation stalled out and broke. Support stopped replying.
I wasn't able to fully test this out as my presentation generation stalled out and stopped working. Reached out to support and got an initial response, but then never got replies to my response to that, nor a follow up email I sent after that. I'm ok with a few shortcomings in an app, but lack of support is a dealbreaker for me.

I’m really sorry about this. You’re right to expect a follow-up, especially when a generation stalls and you’re trying to properly evaluate the product.
We’re a very small team and the AppSumo launch created a much larger support surge than expected, but that’s still on us. I’ll personally follow up on your ticket and make sure we respond properly.
It also looks like we found an issue affecting some longer document/presentation generations. We’re working on a fix for that now, and once it’s resolved we’ll reach out to you through support so you can test it again properly.
