Nice & Simple
I like this tool because it is simple and to the point. What I have not figured out yet is how I can use it with existing PM tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello, since they offer similar options to create an SOP as a task with subtasks. I am just thinking about how this tool can be separate from those tools without duplicating what is already there. Would love for the founder to give some tips/ideas on this.

The main way NextStep can work well is when you have:
- Specific processes that should be completed in an exact order and way
- When interacting with externals or people who arent often in your task management. An example of this is onboarding people
- Lastly if you have documentation of processes, this can become out of date when it live away from where you work. Building documentation into processes in Nextstep lets you complete the work and have the information of how to right in front of you
