Hi Dinuka, I have four questions:

1. Can I create an offer like an invoice as a pdf? If yes, where can I find it?
2. I can create products with tax (e.g., 19%), but the invoice doesn’t show a tax percentage column per product or a total. It seems I have to calculate it manually.
3. When I create an order (order button in timeline field in customer view) and convert it into an invoice, there’s no option to select the invoice template. It generates something like "Invoice: INV-ORD-1776338091742." How can I change it to use a predefined number range and template?
4. Can I set an invoice template as the default?
