What if there is a single platform that finds the leads for you, outreaches them, manages their responses, and even follows back them. Even you don't know anything about lead generation or outreach, still turning those cold leads into your clients, gains, or sales.

After testing its features and experiencing it, I found out it is pretty simple in just a few clicks. I just found the ideal leads from Google Maps. Then I use this AI agent to train it with my website URL, and now it has all the information about my services and answers to the leads that will respond back.

The best thing I like here is the connectivity with the mailboxes; I can connect with a single click to Outlook, Gmail, or even my domain email. Oh my god, its built‑in warm‑up feature will warm up my mailboxes so I can start outreaching and my messages will land in the leads’ inboxes. That is also a crazy thing I found in this platform.

And, in the end, but not least, the AI agent is also going to follow back all the leads who don’t respond to me. So in that way I am just putting everything on this platform, AI, and it’s working like a charm. This is actually the platform that I think, if anyone wants to outreach local businesses, then this is the perfect platform they need to use.

Notiq looks really promising, I like how it combines lead generation, email finding, AI personalization, etc, in one platform. It can save a lot of time, people like me who do client acquisition. Still exploring all the features, but so far I'm excited about its potential. Looking forward to seeing how it evolves!

I’ve been trying to “roll my own” email outreach workflow without much success. When I checked for new Appsumo tools yesterday, I stumbled upon Notiq, and I am very glad I did. This is from the folks who developed RepliQ (which I was a fool and refunded because I didn't know what to do with it, now I do. Doh!) and ScaliQ, highly rated tools previously on Appsumo.

Pros: It generates directly from Google Maps data (I was using Outscraper and cleaning it up - PITA), lets you train your own agent, lets you be specific about how you want each campaign to work, and manages your email accounts and warms them up. Lots of cool options in between all those steps.
The super step-by-step structure makes it easy to see how to get started, which is golden.

Cons: Getting the prompt right for lead generation is key. Blew through some credits before I looked at the suggested examples to figure out what I was doing wrong.
Also, it has the overly busy interface AI seems to create to make sure all the options are visible, whether they are important or not. Not a full “Con” per se, just a pet peeve of mine. I am sure the UI will tighten up after user feedback.

I am really excited to see what my initial results are, but in 3 hours I went from zero to sending. 5 big tacos from me.
