Q: If I have a file/paper that is hard print I can upload that as a PDF but to edit it I need tier 3, is that correct?
T3 is needed to actually edit something that is otherwise locked in PDF format, right?

Are you referring to scanning a paper document and then uploading it for editing? If so, scanned documents are generally more difficult to edit than PDFs that were created digitally.
PDF editing is available on all of our plans. T3 includes additional value such as more cloud storage and features like password protection, AI chat, summarize and translate, and unlocking PDFs.
