There are minor bugs.
This is the first time I have used this app since I bought it. I notice minor bugs.
**Issues**
1. When you try to download a file after renaming it, the rename function does not work.
2. Adding a watermark is cumbersome: there is no dedicated watermark function. You must select an image, edit it to serve as a watermark, lower its opacity, but after downloading the image the watermark appears at full opacity, ruining the result.
These are the two major issues I have observed so far. I am not aware of any other problems. I request the developers to address these issues, as they constitute a hurdle for further use.
Thank you.

Apr 14, 2026Hello Addy,
Thank you for taking the time to share these details with us.
1. Could you please provide more specific information about what occurs with the file name when you download it? This will help us investigate the issue further.
2. We do have watermark functionality planned for a future release; however, I do not currently have an estimated release date to share.
Thank you again for...

Took me three weeks to test this out and when I did, it was powerful. Love it. Uploaded a PreQualification letter and allowed me to add fields, sign and share. Learning curve was easy, but I am familiar with these type products. Great job.
Maybe add webhooks for api calls.

Nice tool but still has bugs
I like the flexibility of editing and all other features however I tried editing two files but the tool was not able to detect/edit text.
I have emailed Support with the two examples.

Mar 30, 2026Thanks for flagging this and for sending the examples to support! We’re currently reviewing both cases with the team. PDFs can sometimes be tricky depending on how they were originally created (especially with embedded fonts or flattened elements), which can affect how text and images are detected and edited. If we confirm it’s a bug (and not related to how the file was created), we’ll fix it and...

PDF.net Saved Me on RFP Submission Day
PDF.net is one of those tools that proves its value the moment you are under pressure.
What stands out most is the UX. It is clean, intuitive, and built around the actual workflow of working with PDFs, not just around having a long list of features. That matters more than people think. Today, for example, we were submitting an RFP and got hit at the last minute with a bunch of PDF gymnastics: extracting individual pages from a 50-page master PDF, editing them, and merging them back into a new submission document. Without this tool, we probably would not have made the deadline.
That is what makes PDF.net stand out for me. I do not have to scratch my head or waste time figuring things out when I am under pressure. Everything feels obvious. It just flows.
Feature-wise, it covers almost everything I need in a PDF tool. I was able to convert JPG, PNG, DOCX, and DOC files into PDF, edit them, annotate, sign, draw, merge, split, rearrange, rotate, compress, password-protect, and download the final result without any issues. I also liked being able to create folders and move files around, which makes it feel more like a proper workspace than just a one-off utility.
What I appreciate most is that it is not trying to be clever. It is just well designed. The onboarding is built in, the interface is easy to understand, and the core actions work smoothly. That combination is rarer than it should be in this category.
If I were to nitpick, dark mode would be nice. A Teams feature and the ability to share PDFs directly from within the app would also make it even stronger. But those are extras. The core product already does what it needs to do, and it does it very well.
It's one of 4 tools only I'm recommending on my website (abechallah.com/deals) at the moment.

Mar 27, 2026Your review made our day, thank you!
PDFs have a way of getting messy at the worst possible moment (we’ve definitely been there), so it’s great to hear it became your quiet “sidekick” in that situation.
Really appreciate the kind words about the UX and features - I’ll share this with the team, it means a lot.
And thanks for the thoughtful nitpicks too! A few highlights:
• Dark mode - this might...

An excellent product
An excellent product.
It’s every bit as good as the more well-known (and more expensive) desktop programmes.
What’s more, as it’s an app, it works on any device (provided you have an internet connection, of course).
