Can you create "Environments" or "workplaces" where the prompt architect (PA) knows a context in deep? For example, if I am in a workplace for my lifestyle, I would like PA know my habits, my routines, my schedules. If it is for the office, PA know my profession, branding colors, kind of customers, pricing models, and so on. I the workplace of a hobby, PA know my wear, my tools, my weaknesses, and so on. In this way, I can write a short basic prompt, and PA can build a rich, complete prompt, considering the context of the workplace.

There's a lot of old prompts for old models - especially in the image section where the new image models aren't even there (no Nano Pro or chatgpt...!). Most are 4 months or older which is like a lifetime in those models.
I have Tier 2 and I added a team member. I just want to know if he will have access to my prompts or does he have his own prompt library. Can he see my prompts? It is not a big deal, I trust him, i am just thinking from an organizational standpoint. If we share the same prompt library, I will get him to put his name in the title of each prompt. Great product so far. Thank you.
