Hello,
I am currently training 3 ai agents for our business. 1 to be a receptionist and take inbound calls, 1 to be an outbound call representative, and 1 to handle social media DMs. I am having trouble getting them to sound natural. Will this help build a prompt that makes an ai agent more humanlike?

Here is how I would use it for your 3 agents:
1. In the Generator, set the prompt type to Agent. That structures the prompt as a persona, which is what you want for a receptionist, an outbound rep, and a DM handler. Build one for each.
2. Describe the role, tone, and how it should talk. To fix the robotic feel, go to Instructions and turn on the "Don't sound like AI" preset, plus add your own rules like "keep replies short" or "no formal transitions." These apply to every prompt automatically.
3. Open the Prompt Tester and run each agent prompt in a back and forth. You can hear how it sounds, then refine until it feels natural. Every refinement is saved as a version, so you can compare.
