A common setup looks like this:
- Use Account A for the initial outreach and first follow-up.
- If there’s no reply after, say, 5 days, you can have Account B send a new touch so you still get visibility even if one sender ends up in the spam folder.

Sending limits and randomness are already built in. That means you can set something like 30 emails per day on a mailbox so you don’t burn the domain too quickly, and the system will spread sends out over time.

Email warmup and automatic email rotation (what we call “email grouping”) are both planned features; given that 10+ Sumo-lings have requested this, it has been prioritized for delivery around Q1!

In the meantime,
