Credit and Report system can be better and Support help is Great!
I'm still testing Pubrio, and I had a lot of help from Pubrio support on how to find specific leads that I was looking for, all thanks to them. I'm still testing this platform, and I can notice Report and campaign/sequence system can be done a lot better in terms of UI/UX. All other seems easy to use and find leads I was really looking to find something similar to LA Growth Machine, lemlist, Apollo and others I think Pubrio is on right path to become of of the leading competitors.
In my opinion, they need to focus on database check like every week and make sure all records are valid since I found a few leads with a 404 page or the site was completely down, or the email was not valid. Also focus on fixing report when running a sequence in much better way of reporting and fix visual ui/ux stuff in finding leads/companies and assigning them to squence

This plan has a major flaw that wasn't disclosed upfront: they charge 3 credits for every single search query, not just for successful email retrievals. This crucial detail was completely absent from the deal page. Here's the problem: if you're doing prospecting work and searching multiple contacts (which is the whole point), your credits will drain incredibly fast. You could easily burn through your entire credit balance and walk away with only 100 usable emails. The math simply doesn't work in your favor. This hidden cost structure makes the plan far less valuable than advertised. I'd recommend clarifying the true cost-per-email before committing to this service.

I tested Pubrio hoping it could be a low-cost alternative for lead generation, but my experience was far below expectations.
1. Credit usage is extremely high I consumed 160 credits just to get 25 contacts, which makes it one of the most credit-inefficient tools I’ve used. Credits are deducted for simple actions like viewing a contact, which adds up very quickly.
2. Very low email accuracy Out of 25 records, the tool only found 10 emails, and only about 20% of those were valid after verification. This makes the large database size far less meaningful in practice.
3. Filtering and search are weak The search experience is clunky and nowhere close to tools like Apollo.io. Limited filters make it difficult to narrow down relevant leads, which results in wasting even more credits.
4. Export and plan limits look big but aren’t practical The export limit of 25,000 sounds generous, but with the current credit burn rate, it’s impossible to reach. In reality, the credits run out long before you can use the platform meaningfully.
5. Not suitable for cold email teams or agencies If you run multiple inboxes or need scalable outbound, Pubrio simply can’t support the volume. The credit system makes consistent usage unrealistic.
Conclusion Pubrio has potential on paper, but the actual functionality, data accuracy, and credit efficiency fall far short of what’s needed for real outbound or agency use. I hope the team improves the tool, but in its current state, it’s not a viable data source for anyone running serious cold email.
