Re Uploading PDFs — you can upload PDFs into the notes section within a step, role, section, team, or tool, sidebar. However you can't upload a PDF onto the canvas itself. I'm a tad unclear on what you mean by "import website information" but if you mean generate a website architecture diagram from a website's URL, no the Puzzle system can't read websites and generate diagrams.
