Stellar UX, superb workflows, but a needlessly painful trial
This is such an amazing tool.
But before the tool, a deserved 10 taco review for Ackash Bhalla, the founder. I entered the platform and besides the extremely polished UI/UX which makes it look like a very seasoned platform, there were 3 onboarding videos by Ackash which have been one of the best things to have happened to me in the AI landscape this year. Ackash has such an amazing flair for explaining things by breaking them down and using simple analogies. For a moment, I wondered this guy could be a great teacher ; what's he doing in the SaaS world ? But teaching world's loss is our gain :). Anyway, once this brilliant onboarding was over, the platform seemed like my backyard and I could get working on it right away.
Coming to the platform, it's so well made and seems to have taken the adage "devil is in the details" to heart. Such little things have been taken care of to improve the usability, I wondered how that can be done by a start up with relatively less feedback. I have tried similar platforms and this one just came on the top.
As for functionalities , almost every kind of node that should be present here is present. But more importantly , the tools to organise the data which could quickly go out of control are well thought out.
The workflows I created are simply superb and just couldn't be done by way of AI tools with only chat interfaces.
I can go on and on about the workflows and how they function beautifully, but I think no amount of words will justify the experience of actually working with this platform.
So, my suggestion to sumolings is to definitely give it a shot.
As for founders at Remalt , just one suggestion : When your software is so awesome and your onboarding is so incredible, why are you making life so difficult for somebody who wants to try your platform? We have to enter our credit card to get a 7-day trial, and even then, we are notified that some amount will be deducted initially, which is not refundable ! Although that is a small amount, it's still an investment we're being asked to make just to try the platform. The platform is really awesome, and you should not make anyone who wants to try the software jump through so many hoops. I understand you might be trying to avoid abuse, but there could be better ways to handle that - like offering the trial on BYOK or a limited number of coins, or maybe just for a few days. You can decide that. But please, for your own sake, let people have easy access to try this software.

Jun 27, 2026Wow. This one hit me right in the chest. Thank you, genuinely.
This has to be my favourite review💚
About those onboarding videos... I'm not a teacher, though I coach coaches haha
I just try to break things down the way I wish someone had broken them down for me. Simple, no jargon, no pretending. So knowing that landed with you, that's everything.
Now about the trial situation. I have to be honest with you.
We had a weird few days where we put a small payment requirement on the trial. It was not because we wanted to make things hard for real people like you. We got hit with a wave of fake traffic and bot signups that started messing with the system, and we needed a quick filter to slow that down. That was the only reason. It was a temporary move, and I know it created a bad experience for legitimate users who just wanted to try the platform. I'm really sorry about that.
We're bringing it back to normal now.
You're right, we need to figure out better ways to handle abuse without making real users jump through hoops. Suggestions like BYOK trial or limited coins are actually solid, and I'm looking at those options. The last thing I want is for someone excited about Remalt to hit a wall before they even start.
Beyond all that, I'm just glad you saw what we've been building. The details you noticed, the nodes, the workflow flow... that's exactly the vision. Reviews like yours remind me why we're doing this.
Your friend,
Ackash
