I'd like to ask a few questions:
1. Let's say I have a post on Instagram where I ask people to comment a specific word like "Guide", can replysync then automatically DM these people with more information? In other words, does it do auto DM?
2. If so, how does this work with the usage limits per month for Tier 1? Let's say someone comments below an Instagram post, then replysync replies on that comment AND sends them an auto DM with more information, does that count how much? Also, what happens if the person continues to chat in the DM conversation with for example follow-up questions, will replysync then count that as well?

Thanks for the questions.
1. Yes, it can do that.
2. ReplySync doesn't count the number of messages, we count active contacts per month, a contact is someone that has been contacted through an automation.

Can the contact be deleted or replaced? And can another contact be assigned instead?
hello can you please confirm the contacts can be deleleted and reassigned to another user ?

The contacts con not be deleted or replaced, the count resets back to 0 every month, so the limit is monthly, not one-time
