I almost didn't buy this because of the recent 1-star reviews. Glad I did.
I'm new to AppSumo and was sceptical of lifetime deals going in. The negative reviews about bugs and bad support nearly put me off. But I decided to take the risk.
In less than 2 hours I found leads, connected my accounts with proxy, and launched my first campaign. I didn’t run into a single bug.
I reached out to support once about removing leads and got a reply in 4 minutes and a day later they pushed a feature to remove, filter, and search leads in a campaign which is exactly what I needed.
The only thing I’d say is that the lead database still has room to improve, but I can see it's on their roadmap.
As for the 1-star reviews: I genuinely think they're from competitors or people who had a bad day. Nothing I experienced matches what they describe.
5 tacos. No hesitation.

Apr 17, 2026Hey Liam, appreciate you writing this, especially since you were close to passing because of those reviews.
What you described is how the product should work. You get in, find leads, connect your accounts, and launch without friction, and when something is missing we move quickly on it. The filtering and lead management update you mentioned is a direct result of feedback like yours, and that’s how we keep improving the product.
On the 1-star reviews, I want to be transparent. The reality is that 99% of our users have an experience much closer to yours. We’re at around 5,000 users now, which means a high volume of tickets every day. I couldn’t find a matching ticket for those specific reviews, but that doesn’t mean it’s impossible that something was missed or that we didn’t follow up properly. That’s on us if it happens.
At the same time, two 1-star reviews can have a disproportionate impact despite 90+ 5-star reviews, and that’s just how it works on platforms like this.
Also fair point on the lead database. It’s not where we want it to be yet, but it’s actively being improved and there’s a lot coming there.
Glad you took the chance instead of letting a couple of reviews make the decision for you.
