The tool was getting disconnected everytime , so I asked for a refund.

A disconnection like this is almost always tied to how the LinkedIn account is connected, not the platform itself. If you connected via browser cookies, the session drops when the browser is closed. The fix is simple: keep the browser open. You can still shut down your computer, but don't close the browser.
The more stable option is connecting via login credentials. That's what we recommend to all users because it doesn't depend on an active browser session.
