Well on the way
Still an early user and I've only used some of the functionality. But so far it works pretty well.
I had an problem that isn't especially common. The team listened to my feedback and actually made changes based on my experience. In a single day.
That's dedication. I think they've earned the 5 stars.

What you experienced is exactly how we want to build this. When something breaks or doesn’t fit a real use case, we don’t overanalyze it or push it down a roadmap somewhere. We fix it if it makes sense. Fast. Your case was a good example of that.
Also worth saying, a lot of the best improvements come from situations like yours that aren’t “common.” Edge cases are usually where products either get better or stay average, so we take those seriously.
There’s still a lot more for you to explore in the product, and a lot more coming on our side, so you’ve only really seen a small part of what it’ll become.
