Q: How many credits with each tier?
You mentioned that we get credits that renew monthly, but nowhere does it mention how many credits are included with each tier. Also, other than maybe credit amount, is the only difference between the tiers now the number of licenses? And it's only tier 5 that allows for client licenses? Lastly ... is there an interface for us to manage client licenses, and is each client account essentially it's own account with the ability to add their own keys, etc.? Thanks!

Feb 26, 2026A: great questions! we are in the active process now to update the appsumo listing to reflect the new reality (credits, etc). that should be coming relatively soon, i'll defer to the listing updates to answer your credits question.
and yes, the primary difference (aside from credits) between tiers would be the number of licenses you are permitted to use. we are no longer gating on model access as it was previously.
there is an interface to manage licenses. the current setup is that the account holder (person who originally purchased access) will act as the primary user who is permitted to managing (creating/deleting) licenses and assign email addresses to specific licenses. the assignees are what we call "seat users" and will NOT have the ability to manage licenses but are able to inherit the properties of the primary account holder. the credits are in a shared pool across all seat users (this simplifies metering better).
is your desire to have seat users have the ability to manage licenses as well? please let me know
Thanks for your replies. Since it takes AppSumo forever to update listing details, is it possible to just share the number of credits/tier in your reply?
As for clients managing licenses ... no, that's not important. What IS important is that each client be able to have their own API keys attached to their account. I guess it's okay to have the credits be just a shared pool, but not API keys.
no worries! i want to be absolutely clear here with tokens vs credits. AppSumo users are required to bring their own AI API keys so that token usage would be off of their own AI providers keys, not SheetMagic. the credits are used for the integrations that we will be creating. for instance, if you wanted to scrape a website, it will use 1 integration credit. tier 1 gets 1k integration credits, etc
comments are limited to certain amount of characters. tier 2 gets 5k/month integration credits. tier 3 gets 20k/month integration credits.
each client would get their own API key to utilize in the sheetmagic extension.
