Q: Could you please provide some detailed information about functionality?
I am looking at the the LTD TIERS and actually only need 1 license. However, I see some higher Tiers have additional features. Could you please provide a detailed explanation of the following features and functionalities?

Q: Where is the SheetXAI Excel add-in login credentials being stored?
When I open the SheetXAI add-in in Excel, and it opens the panel on the right to create an account (or login), when I place the cursor in the Email field a dropdown would appear showing the email address used previously.
I don't want this information stored and would like to remove/delete the email address, but I don't know where its stored. When I hover over the email there is a tooltip saying...

That error you're seeing is coming from OpenAI's side - it means your API key either doesn't have enough credits loaded on it, or OpenAI put rate limits on it (which they do for brand new API keys).
Just to clarify on the plans - all SheetXAI tiers include BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) functionality, which means you need to connect your own API key from providers like OpenAI,...
Do you have any plans to include LibreOffice Calc spreadsheet, it more private than Google and MS,=. I would be interested in this if you are going to include it.

Not at the moment, but possibly in the future - I can't make any promises right now though. LibreOffice Calc integration isn't on our immediate roadmap, but I totally get the privacy angle you're coming from.

Q: Clarification on Excel AI Agent Addon Refund Policy
I have a concern about the Excel AI Agent addon's Non-refundable policy.
If a customer cancels and receives a refund for the base product, will they lose access to the Excel AI Agent addon?
Scenario 1: They retain access Excel AI Agent after refund - this is reasonable.
