I have a concern about the Excel AI Agent addon's Non-refundable policy.

If a customer cancels and receives a refund for the base product, will they lose access to the Excel AI Agent addon?

Scenario 1: They retain access Excel AI Agent after refund - this is reasonable.

Scenario 2: They lose access without refund while the base product is refunded - this seems unfair.

I understand "One-time Credits" being Non-refundable (used credits can't be recovered). However, Excel AI Agent is a feature, not consumable credits. If the base product is refundable, why should Excel AI Agent be Non-refundable?

When customers cancel and get refunded for the original product, denying a refund for an addon feature they can no longer access seems inconsistent.

Could you clarify how this works in both scenarios and if you plan any adjustments?
