I've been LIKING your product since it first launched on APPsumo.
I would appreciate some reasons to counter my feeling that the fee is TOO HIGH.
1) The commission fees seem like hidden costs that are eating into my profits.
2) Paying extra just to avoid commissions forever seems steep, especially since I've already purchased a lifetime deal.
3) Video storage limits fill up quickly with multiple comprehensive courses, and needing to purchase additional storage feels not good.
4) Can I instead store my videos on a different platform (already paid for) and simply embed the videos of my courses on SKILLPLATE?
If the answer is yes, it will OREN a window for me.

Dec 26, 2025A: Ok I will explain it like this. Video hosting and streaming is expensive. Like 10 times more expensive than website hosting for example. AI usage and emails are also not free.
So for your lifetime account that allows you to create a website and products and run your entire business from one place .... there are real recurring expenses that we pay each month.
This is why Kajabi is $250/month.
Actually the 0% commission addon is the biggest discount we will ever make. You have to sell less than $8000 (all time) for it to not make sense. Even if you don't sell anything you can re-sell the account at a profit ...
Also when you grow and need more resources then you would have to subscribe and there is no commission for subscribers. So we remove the commission when you actually start growing because it would be very high and it would not make sense and would prevent your business from growing.
I undertand that it seems we live in a world where every company is trying to make as much money as possible but this is not the case for us. We need you to make as much as possible so you happily pay us our fair share.
You can embed videos but as i probably answered 100+ times it is STUPID. Because you lose the analytics data from the videos and that one can be used for remarketing and getting more sales from your customers. In a somewhat working business remarketing is about 30-50% of sales. Hosting is about 1% of the expenses if that ... you decide if you want to host on vimeo. I wouldn't do it if they paid me.
In short. Right now there is no better deal in the entire market. I teach business strategy ... believe me I have done the math. You cannot get this feature set at this price anywhere else in the world. (if you compare apples to apples of course) If you think you can "get it for free" on wordpress then that would mean you don't value your time enough for Skillplate to be worth it at any price.
