Q: Paid Account Login Issue - Email Not Recognized
Hi, I’m a paid customer locked out of my account. I was using it this morning, but now it says "Incorrect Login Details." When I try to reset my password, it says my email doesn't exist. Can you please verify my account status and fix this login error? I have my payment receipt ready if needed. Thanks! I emails also your team

I am surprised to read this because on the support ticket where we attended to you, we noticed that you were still using the version 1.0 (even though we previously sent an email broadcast and made announcement on our Appsumo deal page about the version 2.0) and when i gave you the url of the version 2.0, you confirmed that you have logged in and the issue resolved.
