Q: Same issue. Tier 5 Account is not recognized.

My account appears to be deactivated. I had a Tier 5 account. I still have your welcome/onboarding email. When I try reseting the password, I don't even get an email.

Sorry about your experience but it seems you are still using the version 1.0. Please, visit the login page of the version 2.0 via app.smatleads.io.

And then reset your password.
