Verified purchaser
looks nice, fails in the main part, making meeting minutes
At first glance, the product appears promising and positioned as a tool to streamline and extend meeting minutes. However, in its current state, it does not deliver on its core promise.
The overall experience feels more like an early alpha release than a stable, production-ready solution. Core functionality—specifically generating usable meeting minutes after a session—does not work reliably. In practice, the product consistently fails with errors, and the support and bug reporting sections are filled with similar issue reports from other users.
Although a recent patch has been released, the underlying problems persist, at least in my case. I reached out to support to clarify the issues, but did not receive any response.
From a business perspective, this raises concerns not only about product maturity but also about vendor reliability. A tool that fails at its primary use case and lacks responsive support cannot be considered viable for professional use.
As long as these issues remain unresolved, I would not recommend purchasing or relying on this product. There are more stable alternatives available that fulfill the same purpose.

Jun 24, 2026Thank you for the detailed and honest feedback — this is exactly the kind of critique we need to hear, even when it's hard to read.
You're right on the support issue: not getting a response is unacceptable, full stop. We're sorry about that. If you're open to it, please reach out again at [email protected] — we want to make it right.
On the meeting minutes reliability: we know this has been a pain point for some users, and we've shipped several fixes recently. That said, "recently patched" doesn't mean much if it's still broken on your end, so we'd really like to look at your specific case rather than give you a generic answer.
We hear the concern about product maturity and vendor reliability — and the only way to earn that trust back is to actually fix the issues and be responsive. We're committed to doing both.
If you're willing to give us one more chance to troubleshoot with you directly, we'd appreciate it.
