There's no clear explanation of what this feature offers and how it benefits a business considering the tier that's right for them. I like Spokk, but I am worried Google will penalize my business because of what I found online:

Fair question. I went back and read Google’s current policy pages before answering rather than relying on assumptions.
On the AI-generated draft: There’s no rule in Google’s current policies that prohibits AI-assisted reviews. I checked both the Business Profile and Maps policies, and the key requirement is that a review reflects the customer’s genuine experience.
Are other review channels supported like Yelp, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, and Facebook? I am interested in a landing page that allows the customer to choose which channels to post and to offer additional incentives for posting across all channels.
