Question on email sync for CRM like features

Hi \u002Dcan you please help us understand this feature as per the comment you made in some other recipe . How does this  work ? Does that mean that I can access old conversations with a contact I have saved in stackby ? If yes can I also create a summary of past conversations ? \u000a\u000a\u000a—\u003E \u002D CRM features: Two way email sync on each record (Gmail, Outlook), Activity on each record is already live. \u000a\u000aAnd is question 2 \u002D  what’s the best way to sync with a meeting notes taking app like MeetGeek to push meeting summary to stackby and automatically connect the details to relevant contacts saved in my stackby table ? For example if I am meeting with person XYZ  and I push meeting minutes into stackby \u002D how do connect these 2 records based on an email address ? And do I need to buy any powerups for making this work ?

1. For CRM feature, you can integrate with Outlook and Gmail and start sending and receiving emails directly from your records. It syncs the email threads with that email ID. \u000a\u000a2. No, we don\u0027t have a feature or integration like this with MeetGeek or similar tools \u002D but you can create a workflow using Zapier or Make to achieve this and push that data into Stackby.
