Treat previous Sumolings poorly
Bought way back in the day 2 codes on appsumo. Logged back in to check if it had improved on the back of this appsumo launch. My account now shows as on the free plan with the benefits of the 2 codes gone. The 2 appsumo codes are still shown in the application, but I am on the free plan? I tried in the past to change my login email as the email provider closed - contacted support "no can do - the account has been provisioned to this email only" couldn't even change my email in the account settings?
The new application looks good and I wanted to stack some more codes, but after their stackby contact a human link took me to a bot, contact sales, took me nowhere and chat to support, again took me to a bot (it doesn't fill me with confidence that a tech company who advertises automation, AI and smart workflows cannot get basic support and links to work?
