A: Yes, you do! 😊 We simply dropped the “William” name. You’ll find our built-in AI agent under Strategy, with access included in every AppSumo tier. Where did you see the name William"?

I bought Tier 2 and assumed I would have 2 full (independent) workspaces, because also in my first workspace the limits are those mentioned for one workspace. So I added a separate workspace and not child workspace (as I understand this would use the limits of the parent workspace). Now unexpectedly I am on a 24h trial and am asked to upgrade? you mentioned Tier 2 has 2 workspaces but not what kind of. or can i expect that after these 24h automatically the Appsumo Licence will be applied to the second workspace ????
I noticed that image and video generation credits are listed as a one-time allowance in the features table. Are these separate from the recurring monthly credits, or can monthly credits also be used for image and video generation? My primary goal is to create regular social media posts with AI-generated images for Facebook and Instagram, as well as blog articles with accompanying images. I'm willing to upgrade to a higher-tier plan, but I want to confirm that my ongoing content creation needs can be covered by recurring monthly credits rather than relying on a one-time allowance that requires additional purchases.
I am considering the upgrade LTD for existing 2018 Appsumo users. I noticed the checkout is via Appsumo. Will I receive a code I can apply to my account? what is the activation process like? Also, is there a refund period for the OG Lifetime extension deal?
