1) your website offers only locally hosted PHP script. Is this a cloud-hosted solution or a locally hosted solution?
2) can we connect multiple different businesses/storefronts and manage all the tickets in one place?
3) how does the system categorize the source of the ticket?

2. By default you must purchase a new license for each domain, but, if you have 2+ websites owned by you and part of the same brand/company, you can use 1 single installation and a single license and show the chat on multiple websites. If instead, the domains are of other clients and/or are related to other brands/companies you need to purchase a new license for each website/domain or use the SaaS or Reseller versions. 3. You can use departments or tags for that.
