Tier 7 agency user managing client AI chatbots. Key feature needs:
Client Lead Access: Grant clients view-only access to leads from their chatbot (vs. my aggregated view).
Per-Chatbot Msg Limits: Allocate quotas like 5K/mo per client bot from my 200K Tier 7 limit.
Google Sheets: Roadmap since Nov '24—enable per-bot leads for client viewing & automations.
WordPress Integration: Long-pending; critical for agency sites.
These enhancements represent core requirements for agencies leveraging Tiny Talk at scale. I appreciate your attention to these priorities and look forward to your response.

Thank you for reaching out, we've replied your email with this message, but will also share the same reply here so that others can benefit.
1. We are currently working on this feature (Teams/Workspaces feature). Once we release (ETA January 2026) this feature, you will be able to invite other users to specific Workspaces and allow them to access such data. Please keep in mind the inviting a user uses a “seat” and seats are additional add-ons to be subscribed. We’ll gift Tier 7 users 1 free seat and for additional seats you will need to subscribe to an add-on.
2. At the moment allocating message quotas per chatbot is not possible, but with the introduction of Teams & Workspaces feature, we’re preparing the ground work for this to happen.
3. Totally agreed, we see the value of this integration and want to introduce it as soon as possible. We’re a small team and our resources are limited, so we try to build and deliver the most requested features that will benefit the largest audience on our platform and move from there. There are more integrations we want to deliver and we will.
4. Similar with WordPress, though it is relatively easy to add a <script> tag on your WordPress integration, so this one has lower priority compared to other features where there is no workaround.
