I can't get it to work. The UI is confusing. And the connections are limited
I get the appeal of this, but the UI is overwhelming for someone who isn't super sophisticated with these types of automation tools. It also lacks many of the connections Zapier and Make have, so it's proving to not be useful for me. For example, I use Beehiiv as my ESP/CMS. It can't connect to it. So I can't replace my costly Zapier automations that integrate with Beehiiv. Even for doing something like updating a Notion database, the UI has proven too complicated for me to figure out, and the TinyAI doesn't seem to understand its own UI properly because when I ask it for instructions, it's telling me to select triggers that don't exist or hit buttons that aren't where they say they are. Again, it falls short of more costly competitors, like Zapier, whose AI integration can actually build many automations for you.
I wanted to like this, but it's proving to be not cut out for a founder like me who is not as tech-experienced as people in the software space.

Apr 14, 2026Appreciate you taking the time to share this, even if the experience hasn’t met expectations yet.
What you’re describing is something we see with users transitioning from tools like Zapier or Make. There’s always an adjustment phase when moving from stitched tools to a more connected system, and we’re continuously working on making that transition smoother, both in UI clarity and guidance.

Tiny but Mighty!
Just started using TinyCommand and it's already proving to be an incredible companion for managing my entire work lifecycle, from customer acquisition to retention. This all-in-one platform truly streamlines everything with its integrated forms, workflows, tables, emails, and AI agents (Work in progress) – it's like having multiple tools rolled into one seamless system.
What truly stands out is the impeccable support. I raised a query at an odd hour while exploring a feature, and within 15 minutes, a solution expert connected with me for a quick call, walking me through the feature and its use cases. That level of responsiveness and dedication is fantastic. While I'm still exploring its full capabilities, I am happy to give it 5 tacos!

Apr 14, 2026Really appreciate this, and glad it’s already becoming part of your workflow.
Love that you’re exploring it end to end, from acquisition to retention. That’s exactly how we’ve designed the system to work.
Also means a lot to hear your experience with support. We try to be as responsive as possible, especially when you’re figuring things out in the early stages.
Thanks again for the 5 tacos, and...

All-in-one automation stack that actually earns its title
When I first landed on TinyCommand's homepage, my instinct was skepticism. Forms, workflows, tables, emails, and AI agents - all in one place sounds like the kind of pitch that usually ends with a half-baked product that does five things poorly instead of one thing well as has been the case with many others. But after spending real time inside the platform, I have to say it earns more of that promise than I expected.
The platform is built around five interconnected modules and the key word here is 'interconnected' and that's what genuinely sets it apart from the usual tool stack. Most of us are used to the familiar dance like Typeform captures the lead, Zapier pushes it to Airtable, another Zap fires an email via Mailchimp, and somewhere in there you've got a Make scenario duct-taped to the side. TinyCommand collapses all of that into a single canvas where every piece already knows about the others.
The only issue I faced was that although documentation is functional, it's thin in places. For a platform with this much surface area, step-by-step video walkthroughs for each module would significantly reduce the friction for new users. The team is clearly responsive to feedback and ships fast, which gives me confidence this will improve but it's a gap right now.
Barring few issues here and there, I am overall satisfied with the platform. It isn't trying to be a marginal improvement on existing tools; it's attempting something more structurally ambitious: replacing the entire stack. And for a significant portion of use cases it genuinely delivers on that. The fact that forms, data, workflows, agents, and email all share the same data model means you're not fighting integrations; you're just building.
In my view, it's not a full replacement for Make or n8n for complex enterprise-grade scenarios YET, and power users will occasionally bump into depth limitations. But for founders, agencies, and ops teams looking to consolidate their tool sprawl without sacrificing capability, this is one of the most coherent all-in-one platforms I've tested.
Bottomline from my side: Buy it, build something real with it, and watch the team's roadmap. This one has legs !!

Apr 14, 2026Really appreciate you taking the time to go this deep, this is exactly the kind of review that helps. You’ve captured the core idea perfectly, especially the “interconnected” part. That’s really what we’re trying to solve, not just adding more tools, but removing the need to stitch them together in the first place.
Also completely fair call on documentation. We’re actively working on more...

Great Tool
Working with TinyCommand has been a strong experience so far.
I initially came in looking to streamline automated outreach and improve how I manage workflows. Like many operators, I was spending too much time on repetitive tasks that should be handled by systems—not people. TinyCommand immediately stood out as a solution designed to solve exactly that.
What impressed me most is how everything is centralized. The combination of agents, workflow automation, and built-in email capabilities removes the need to stack multiple tools together. Instead of juggling different platforms, I’m able to operate from one place, which creates a much more efficient and focused workflow.
Equally important has been the team behind the product. Communication has been fast, they actively listen, and more importantly—they execute. On multiple occasions, they took feedback and turned it into real feature implementation. That level of responsiveness is rare and speaks to how serious they are about building something valuable.
From a results standpoint, the biggest immediate win is time efficiency, and I see clear potential for this to translate into meaningful revenue gains as workflows scale.
I would strongly recommend TinyCommand to founders and agencies who are looking to simplify operations, automate intelligently, and consolidate their tech stack into a single, cohesive system.
5/5 — highly recommended.

Apr 7, 2026Really appreciate this, thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review.
You’ve captured exactly what we’re trying to solve. Too many teams are stuck managing tools instead of systems, and it’s great to hear TinyCommand is already saving you time and simplifying your workflows.
Also means a lot that you called out the team. We take feedback seriously and try to ship improvements...

Another good one!
There's a lot to this app, and the team knows it. They're actively working on the UX and reducing friction. I had a few support questions and they were resolved fast. You can tell they actually care about feedback.
1. The lead pipeline is the core selling point:
Form: capture the lead (and verify the email is legit)
Table: place and enrich the lead
Workflow: build your interaction sequence
Email: communicate using the enrichment data you already have
Tiny Agents: orchestrate all of the above with native connections and full customization
2. Other use cases:
Honestly, their site explains it better than I can: https://www.tinycommand.com/#card-5
If you like Make, you'll love this. It takes Make's approach and layers in AI assistance to help you build and complete workflows. There's some manual setup, but that's expected with tools like this. It's not magic, it's infrastructure.
On Tier 3 right now, but I suspect I'll be bumping to Tier 4 soon. This one's a keeper. If you have seen my other Appsumo reviews, you already know!

Apr 6, 2026Really appreciate this, and love how clearly you’ve broken it down. You’ve captured the core idea perfectly, the lead pipeline is exactly how we think about the product internally as well.
Also, I appreciate your inputs on the UX and setup. We’re actively working on reducing friction and making the whole experience smoother without taking away flexibility along with video content to help people...
