These options generally work well for Mandarin, since Mandarin is typically written in Simplified or Traditional characters.

For Cantonese, we don’t currently support a dedicated Cantonese model. Some users still choose Chinese (Traditional) for Cantonese recordings, but accuracy can vary depending on the audio.
