cool concept but buggy had to return
The concept of an auto summary tool for youtube was nice, but it was really buggy. I returned ultimately because tubeonai would put the summary in another language even tho english was selected.
Also, majority of the time i could only get the simple summary to work. Around half the time i was able to get comprehensive summary to work. I only got detailed summary to work once. Detailed summary mostly never worked.
I also frequently got errors where it wouldn't summarize in some cases.
It's not rocket science to learn the tool. It is self explanatory. The problem is the tool has a lot of issues with being buggy for what i mentioned above. Ultimately that caused me to return it but i hope the company fixes the backend because if they could fix that it could be a promising tool.

Tbh, summary success score was our north star KPI from day 1, since we knew this is this single handedly moves the UX.
As of L7D, our success rate is 98.1%, which was 94.1% on a 90-days average. Here’s an snap from our dashboard to back it up-

As of now, our tech team is working restlessly to push this to 99%, and we won’t stop till it does.
About the detailed and comprehensive summary errors, i believe this is rather technical and solvable. Shahid from support will get in touch with you tomorrow, and get to the bottom of it.
