I purchased this deal April 6th. Gave Chad my website URL with basic instructions (my fault). The deal states 30-60 second video delivered in 72 hours. I received my video (45 seconds) back in the promised time but the video stated absolutely nothing about my SAAS product for real estate agents other than mentioning the word Zillow and the website name. The AI spokesperson was dressed in blue jeans at a LOG CABIN. Not an office or any type of business setting. When I initially replied back to Chad I mentioned that I could email him a script that I could have my trained GPT create and would need a business setting background. Chad agreed and I emailed him my first script. It was a 60 second script. Why because the deal states 30-60 seconds. Chad quickly responded back and said that I need to supply him with a 30 script or buy a second deal. I replied back restating what the deal states, 30-60 seconds. However, I emailed Chad a second script that was 40 seconds. And it has been a week and nothing but radio silence. Unbelievable, I've been ghosted. Terrible business acumen. There was no negative, mean or nasty communications between us two, other than me stating what the deal parameters state on their deal page. I have bought me fair share of deals on AppSumo and have never had any issues. This is a first. I don't know what Chad's position is within AppSumo but if I could give you Zero Stars I Would.
