Unmixr AI - Text to Speech, Speech to Text, Audio/Video Dubbing Reviews

I give Unmixer five tacos, because it has been a game changer for me and my online business. I help other entrepreneurs with recurring revenue systems, so I am often putting out a lot of content. And Unmixer is great for me for, uh, creating podcast episodes with my voice clone, and it's also great for, uh, promos, ads, pre and post-roll for those podcast episodes. I also use it to create, uh, audio workshops, audio, uh, mini courses, and audio e-books, uh, with my voice clone. The voice clone in Unmixer is far better than ElevenLabs and a lot of the other big players in the market such as HeyGen and, uh, you know, their competitors. I love Unmixer's voice clone. It is identical to my voice. And my next, uh, uh, goal in the tool is to dub into other languages so I can use it, uh, in other markets. I have created, um, images and texts to video with Unmixer and ... But I primarily use it just for the audio. Um, and it is easy, intuitive, and fast, so I can produce content with my VA workflow at rapid speed, and that keeps me, um, using it in a content powerhouse engine, um, for my business. So get the tier four, that's what I'm on. And you will love, um, the voice clone feature.

Unfortunately, this app is not fit for purpose. A 7-minute German transcription resulted in only a few lines of text; even standard free LLMs perform significantly better. Furthermore, the support is lacking—I reported this issue on February 14th, 2026, and have yet to receive a response. As it stands, I cannot recommend this tool for professional use.

I bought Unmixr on AppSumo (Tier 1) because the deal page clearly advertised “1,000 AI voices” and “104 languages.” After purchase, the app showed only a very limited selection of voices/languages, and some features felt inconsistent or broken. When I asked support to clarify exactly what Tier 1 includes and how to access the “correct” UI (they said I might be seeing an obsolete UI), I never got a real answer.

Support replied once saying they would get back to me, but they never did. I followed up several times over the next days and still received no response—no link to the supposed new UI, no explanation of voice/language access, and no resolution.

In the end, I couldn’t use the product as expected and had to request a refund through AppSumo. The refund was granted, but the lack of transparency and the lack of support were the deciding factors for me.

Acabei de compra mais dois níveis, tenho agora o nível 4.
A plataforma está a funcionar muito mal, no nível 2 estava razoável agora está impossível de trabalhar.
O objetivo era clonar vozes e testar as novas funcionalidades que a ferramenta tem neste nível.
Não consigo mexer mais de 30 vozes de estúdio e só as Multilíngue, não me deixa trabalhar com idioma Português de Portugal.
Não me deixa consultar a voz que colunei.
Cada vez que tento chegar as (Vozes de Persona / Vozes Expressa / Vozes pré-definidas / Vozes Multilingue) o ecrã fica branco.
Faço este comentário e espero que me resolvam o problema.
Porque o suporte também é mau, não dá resposta.
