Q: Watermark

There is a recent review stating that a watermark appears on documents. The user, who already paid for the service, was asked to pay again.
Is this correct? Is a watermark included on all documents unless the user pays again?

A: Hi, the watermark can be removed if you have purchased the AppSumo deal. UPDF will not require a second payment to remove the watermark.

If this issue occurs, it is likely that the user has not activated the purchased license. In case of any accidental duplicate payments, you can provide your account details to our customer support team at [email protected] to request a refund. Thank you for your support and understanding.
