1. Does your chat widget meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards? Specifically, I need to know if it supports full keyboard navigation, proper ARIA labeling of conversation messages (identifying bot vs user), correct focus trap behavior when the widget opens and closes, and screen reader compatibility. Do you have a WCAG compliance statement or accessibility audit documentation you can share?

2. Does VanChat support integration with third-party LLM APIs, specifically the Claude API, so that the AI responses are powered by Claude at my own API expense? This supports your business, so you benefit as well.
