Plus please note that you have purchased a lifetime deal and that too from a market place, which means the promoter/software owner does not get a complete 100 share of the payment that you made. The industry average is one hour for a long form video. Here in our case it took the same amount of time. We do not follow a ai credit approach. We follow a video a based approach, which means we deduct monthly based on your usage. And the usage goes back to the number that you paid for..which means if you bought tier 2 - 300 videos per month plan and used only 10 videos in a given month, your video count will go back to 300 in the next month. We offer the most generous amount of videos across the complete industry landscape.

As regards the subtitle issue - please note - we request our paid users to share the concerns over an email and the issues will get resolved. It's AI and sometimes bugs can crop up. Nobody is perfect including software ;))
