So far I think Visitor Tracking has the most intuitive interface I've seen in any product in the category. I've tried PostHog and Heap and MixPanel and some other big players, and they were fairly confusing for me (someone who isn't an analytics pro). Visitor Tracking though makes it easy to figure out what's going on, and you can see the full history of a user through the website.
