Website won't connect to plugin
I've tried everything in your documentations page and I cannot still successfully connect my website to the plugin. You don't offer support on this issue and I'm at a standstill. Can't use the product.
I still contacted support even though they said they don't offer support for connection issues. No response and it's been a week. The funny thing is it says when I click the next button it will open a window to connect to my website and lo and behold it doesn't and skips that step and says my website is connected on the "websites" tab.
When I click on the "calender" tab it says "You need to add at least 1 website to your account!
Add Website." Funny. On the docs page it says a bunch of things like adding their server IP to WP security plugin whitelist and various other troubleshooting methods. I've tried all of them and it still doesn't work.
Support seems to be non-existent. For this reason and for the reasons stated above, I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
