Advertised services don't work
Support is ineffective. Owner has no interest in solving issues. Only being arrogant and passive aggressive without offering solutions. Support can only be found after logging out on their site and then it's a loop of repeat information without answers. I only got support email after two days of asking questions to the owner about the app here. EDIT: I have you on email being very rude and condescending. I will make a video and post it if you continue to lie.

Feb 22, 2026This user was horribly rude and complained about Writeseed not posting to his website. We took a lot of time to explain him that his website is broken and more specifically his REST-API: https://docusodes.com/wp-json/wp/v2/
It is still just as broken and he sadly refuses to accept that there is nothing that we can do about this. We provided him with external resources as well as our documentation to fix the problem himself. It took all of 2 minutes after that for this review to popup, sad.
