mamakQ: Candidate Application before Interview
Hello,
Is it possible for this platform to serve as a job board, and accept applications from candidates as well? Only after shortlisting or doing some form of initial review would we then send the link to complete the first interview (through XInterview). It shouldn't be where the only job description page only allows the user to interview, without first applying. If this functionality is possible, it would better serve our needs for a job board and candidate screening process.

Yes, this is possible. The platform is designed to be very flexible, allowing you to customize the hiring flow to fit your needs.
If you don’t want candidates to go directly into a video interview as the first step, you can create a landing page or application form with just one simple question (such as a single-choice or short-answer text question) to collect candidate details and perform an initial review.
After shortlisting candidates, you can then invite selected applicants to complete a video interview through XInterview as the second round. This approach allows you to use the platform both as a job board and as part of your candidate screening process, rather than requiring candidates to interview immediately.
