Why would you impose a limit? Are you open to changing it to be as long as needed? we do small case interviews to screen, 200 characters is no where near enough to ask the question. For our use case, it doesn't even provide enough space to ask our pretty basic questions.

Based on input from several recruiters and HR users, we set the character limit to 180 characters for the main question and added an additional 200 characters for a description field a combined 380 characters. In most cases, this has been enough to cover typical screening and interview questions while still maintaining a clean and user-friendly UI/UX.
That said, we understand that some teams run more detailed case-style interviews, and your questions may need more space. We’re open to revisiting the limits if they’re restricting your workflow. Please contact our support team and share an example of a question that doesn’t fit, and we’ll explore how we can best accommodate your use case.
