chandrilQ: Tier mapping
Your website pricing page has launch, growth and scale tiers. How does appsumo buyers are mapped onto those? And can you give in writing that we appaimo users won't be ditched later on and we will get free updates respective to the tiers on your website (same as subscription users)? It happened several times on appaumo that start-ups asked us to ltd buyers to pay for newer features (putting them behind paywall), or downgrading us to free tier (changing tier names). And other shady stuff.

Providing lifetime access involves continuous expenses such as ongoing product development, platform maintenance, customer support, infrastructure, AI-related costs, and many other ongoing expenses all of which we must sustain to ensure long-term quality and reliability.
We also understand that many lifetime deals in the market fail within 1–2 years because they are not financially sustainable. That is exactly what we want to avoid. Our goal is to create a lifetime plan that is fair, valuable, and realistic for both sides. Core features will always remain accessible to lifetime users, while some advanced features may align with higher tiers as the platform grows.
If a company overpromises and shuts down in 1–2 years, then the term “lifetime deal” loses its meaning—which is why we are committed to building a sustainable model rather than making unrealistic commitments.
