Signing up for Xinterview proved difficult from the beginning. Getting the codes from Sumo to Xinterview I did three times and they didn't take for some reason. So I chat with someone or something, and I get a message that says we'll get back to you tomorrow, and on Fridays that meant Monday (3) days out while people can't get you link to work! All the while we have candidate trying to do video interviews transferred from Indeed. This is still going on 12 days later. NO HELP!
I kept asking for someone to actually talk to by phone... nope. We don't do that they said.
Half the people that were sent to Xinterview couldn't get the link to work. Some times it did, sometime it didn't. Very undependable.
I paid $89 three times (special offer) for three users, and still I am the only one able to use Xinterview.
I'm pretty sure there is some "user error" that I am culpable for, but unlike Indeed, which has been terrific and have real people who talk and walk you through the process and make it so simple.
For us, Xinterview is a great idea, but a terrible experience and I would never recommend it, in fact I would recommend they not use it.
Sorry to be so negative, but you can read my weeks long frustration!

After personally and carefully reviewing your case and conversation with our team, it appears that a few steps during the initial setup were missed or configured incorrectly, which contributed to the delays.

- The coupon was not redeemed for the first 6–7 days
- Some users were initially sent incorrect links
- A job posting was created with an unintended expiry date, which caused it to appear inactive

Our team has responded to all of your messages and has already guided you on how to resolve these issues. During the April 2 conversation, the team also informed you that a demo session could be arranged to guide you step by step.

Regarding support, we operate Monday to Friday, with limited weekend availability depending on urgency. In your case, I can see from the conversation that our team also responded over the weekend.

We completely understand that new tools can sometimes take time to get familiar with. However, most of our users find the platform easy to use after getting started.

At this point, we believe the challenges you experienced are related to setup and configuration rather than the platform itself.
