Happy so far

I'm going to be honest: I didn't want to buy this software even though it caught my attention, because it's possible to develop something similar with tools like Lovable. However, I finally decided to buy it thinking about not wasting time or dedicating time to building something if I can have something that already exists and seems to work well.

Training the AI has been very easy. I uploaded a CSV of 1,400 links, gave it the correct prompt instructions and, with that, it started resolving support tickets in less than half an hour.

I feel that the entire look and feel is very Shopify-oriented, which I don't like too much.

I would also like to be able to edit the main prompt that ZipChat shows us a bit, but it's not letting us edit, although it's a fairly correct prompt.

I consider it super necessary that, in addition to collecting emails in the webchat widget, phone numbers or any other information we consider necessary be collected. Right now I only found a way to collect emails; it doesn't offer the option to collect phone numbers. I consulted with support and it seems it's not something that can be done right now. I do consider this something to be corrected soon, because we really should be able to collect the information we need.

Beyond that, it's barely my first day using it, but it looks attractive, fast, responds correctly and follows the instruction given to it well. I recommend it.

PS: I haven't found a way to place the widget on the right instead of in the center. An X is also needed to be able to close it permanently and make it disappear. We use it for support within a SaaS and it interferes with the user interface for some things. Not being able to close it permanently until the page reloads is a problem.
